When making my ice cream, I have lots and lots of surplus free range egg whites which are turned into fluffy Meringues, homemade Amaretti and Coconut Macaroons. A selection of these, together with squidgy chocolate brownies made with Pump Street's St Vincent chocolate are freshly made each weekend.
Lovely to receive at any time of the year, our Hampers can contain anything from tea towels to freshly roasted coffee, picnic bowls and meringues or simply a selection of kitchen spoons and an Ottolenghi cookery book - the choice is yours!
