Pantry Provisions & Hampers
Over the years, I have met some wonderful people who run equally wonderful food businesses. At Christmas, I can stock up on lots of lovely Pantry essentials to keep your shelves well filled. So many of you have enjoyed the preserves and jams, and to these I have added a few treats of my own.
Sarah from The Artisan Kitchen has won more Great Taste Awards than anyone - quite literally! Her fruity, delicious and unusual flavours were an instant hit - so let's all enjoy them in the Summer months too, spread on freshly baked scones.
When making my ice cream, I have lots and lots of surplus free range egg whites which are turned into fluffy Meringues, homemade Amaretti and Coconut Macaroons. A selection of these, together with squidgy chocolate brownies made with Pump Street's St Vincent chocolate are freshly made each weekend.
Lovely to receive at any time of the year, our Hampers can contain anything from tea towels to freshly roasted coffee, picnic bowls and meringues or simply a selection of kitchen spoons and an Ottolenghi cookery book - the choice is yours!
